October 1st- November 30th for fall, August 1, 2010 for spring

Closing date for transfer applicants:

October 31, 2010 for spring

Other/Unique transfer policies:

CI is accepting lower division transfer applications for Spring 2011 only. Applicants are expected to have completed A2: Written Communication & B4: Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning.
All requirements for Spring admission, must be completed by the end of Fall 2010.
For Fall 2011 admission, all requirements are expected to be completed by the end of Spring 2011.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Nursing is the only impacted major at CSU Channel Islands. Students interested in Pre-Nursing must apply to the Nursing Program in addition to the university. The deadline to apply to the university as a Pre-Nursing major is November 30. Nursing programs applications are only accepted for the fall term.
