California Independent Colleges and Universities
Nine out of ten students at AICCU (Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities) schools receive financial aid. The schools offer over $1 billion dollars a year in merit and need based financial assistance – in additon to state grants or other scholarships the students might receive. While many people think that a private, non-profit education is very expensive, depending on your individual financial circumstances and grades, it can cost less. In fact, the average student loan debt of graduates from AICCU schools is comparable to that of graduates from public universities.
California Independent Colleges and Universities offer many scholarships and grants to help cover the cost of attending their campuses. Click here for more information about many of these opportunities.
